PROCES VERBAL
Synopsis: Mixing images of the present with accounts of the past „Procès-verbal” examines an ordinary man’s life as it is described in official documents of the state. Using interrogation reports from Romanian Secret Police files that document his participation in an anti-collectivisation riot in 1958 and information reports of his daily life in the 30 years that followed his release from prison until 1989, this film is a meditation on life, legacy, mortality and the ruthless passing of time.
